My Vintage Lane Bar has done a lot of events big & small. We understand the importance of your guests.
A few things to know about My Vintage Lane
My Vintage Lane Bar is not licensed to sell alcohol and is BYO only.
She is 2.0 meters wide, 2.4 meters high & 4 meters long, including trailer.
My Vintage Lane Cafe
My Vintage Lane Cafe is only available for private events & Local Markets.
*Unfortunately My Vintage Lane Cafe isn't available with our My Vintage Lane Bar packages
My Vintage Lane Cafe prices are inclusive of local coffee, teas and all things nice to enjoy the aromas that is of a great coffee.
My Vintage Lane Bar/Cafe prices quoted are based on locations within 100kms of the Gold Coast.
(Events outside this area will incur a fee)
For occasions other than a private residence, such as a venue / park, the client is responsible for all the approval of My Vintage Lane and Permission confirmation must be provided prior to the event.
In running the My Vintage Lane Bar, please keep things simple for your guests by limiting your beverage options. For example a few selections of beers, wine and champagne, as well as keeping all water and soft drink in bottles/cans.
Please keep any spirits or ciders you require to a minimum of four (4) pre mix options. Anything over these numbers or if you require free poured spirits a third staff member will be required for an additional cost depending on the My Vintage Lane Bar package booked.
Set up and pack down times are not included in your booking and will be done in our own time.
All beverages are to be chilled prior to our arrival. My Vintage Lane doesn't have the facilities to do this in our short set up time. All ice needed to run our service will be provided by My Vintage Lane Bar / Cafe, for the duration of your booking.
